Agreco Farm Wedding Photographer
My fourth destination wedding of 2025 and returning to the beautiful Crete, Greece. Brianna & Jake booked me as their Agreco farm wedding photographer after finding me on good ol’ Google. They both live in Detroit USA so wanted a European photographer with experience of shooting weddings in Greece. Americans seem to love me as I get a lot of bookings with our closest allies across the pond.
Arriving the day before, I spent a lovely afternoon with everyone on a boat enjoying music, food and snorkelling. This was a brilliant way to get to know everyone and of course capture frames for the couples story. I always say the wedding is so important (it’s why we are all there in the first place) but events like this make it even more special. It is so beautiful to see friends and family spending time together and to capture this is an honour. I will throw some photos from the boat day in this blog so you will see them below.
The wedding day was very special. Lots of emotion with plenty of crying from so many guests. It is these emotions that I thrive on as a documentary wedding photographer. We experienced a bit of rain on the day but nothing that could ruin the joy. The party went on until late and I said my goodbyes around 9pm. The next day, I ventured out to old town for some street photography. My goal for 2025 was to get out more on the streets with my camera. First of all, this is how I got into weddings. Second of all, it is a great way to practice. On the streets, we can make mistakes and learn with zero pressure.
