I bloody love a party.

So, no, you won’t see me disappearing after the first dance. Some of my favourite photos ever have come from the dance floor — getting stuck in amongst the madness, capturing the laughs, chaos, drunken snogs and questionable dance moves.

I love music, I love a party and I love photographing it. Win win.

Being an all-day wedding photographer means I get to see the whole story unfold. And honestly, capturing those moments gives me a proper adrenaline buzz.

Why would I leave after the first dance?

An all-day wedding photographer gets to witness the really good stuff. The evening guests arrive, the drinks start flowing — and then really flowing — and the dance floor gets messy.

That all needs documenting.

I’m jumping in and out of a packed dance floor, capturing the love, the chaos and, of course, the inevitable dance-offs.

These are the moments you’ll want to remember. Thankfully, I’ll have the photographic evidence.

The dance floor gives me the chance to mix candid moments with a bit of creative flash photography to really bring everything to life.

And the candid stuff? That’s mostly down to you lot drinking more. I won’t judge, promise.

In fact, I’ll probably encourage it while secretly wishing I could join you.

 

 

With All Those Tequilas, You Will Need A Witness!

Think of me as your witness.

The more drinks you get through, the less you’ll remember. That’s where I come in. I’ll have the photographic evidence to piece it all back together.

Once that first song gets everyone on the dance floor, I’m there until the music stops. I’m not shooting off — I’m getting stuck in, enjoying the night with you all and capturing every bit of it.

Hopefully, you’ll see me as another guest who just happens to have the honour of taking your photos. Honestly, that’s the biggest compliment you could give me.

I thrive on natural, candid and fun moments. No posing, no forcing it — just letting people be people.

And the dance floor brings all of that together perfectly.

Being an all day wedding photographer really helps produce the full story in my eyes. Shooting off just as the first dance ends, to me, means missing so much more of the story. With roughly 5 hours left, that is a lot of time missed for candid photos.

Now, please do not think I believe that other parts of the wedding day are not as important. The ceremony, of course, is huge and is the reason why we can celebrate into the night. But once that evening arrives, full of music and drink, surrounded by your most loved ones, it does not get much better than this.
