Bude Couples Photographer
Not every shoot needs to take all bloody day.
Harry + Sarah wanted some natural photos together in Bude, so we kept things simple. An hour, a couple of cameras and one of my favourite bits of the Cornish coastline.
Crooklets Beach and the Coastal Path
We started around Crooklets Beach before heading along the coastal path, making the most of the landscape and some lovely Cornish light.
My approach as a Bude couples photographer is pretty much the same as my weddings. Documentary, candid and completely unposed.
No awkward poses or constantly being told where to put your hands. Just go for a walk, chat, take the piss out of each other and I’ll photograph what happens naturally.
That photojournalist way of working is what I love.

I also brought the drone along, giving Harry + Sarah something completely different alongside the documentary photos from the ground.
Living in Bude means I get this coastline practically on my doorstep, and I bloody love finding new ways to photograph it.
