I first started shooting street photography as a hobby a good 5 years ago. I quickly became obsessed with capturing people in a moment when they were unaware. This is when I realised I wanted to take this skill into weddings.

I have now been shooting weddings since 2017 and absolutely love it.

Documentary wedding photographer, wedding photojournalism, natural and candid are the words you will see floating around on Google. Any of these words I would use to describe my style.

I shoot a wedding like telling a story. No setting up a scene, asking guests and make up artists to stand in a certain spot. I arrive on the day and blend in with the guests so I can capture natural, candid moments.

This is what I love and I would hate the feeling of directing people. I just want you all to enjoy the day as it is. Surely, that’s what weddings are all about?

I have never understood telling potential clients you get exactly 300 photos. How do we know this? Every wedding is completely different from the last. So I never say a number. I take thousands of photos and will not stop until the party ends.

Some weddings I have supplied 1000 photos or more. It all depends on the day but you will most certainly receive more than 500 photos. That I can promise.

You will all be gagging to see some photos so I always send over a 100 photo preview no more than 1 week after the big day. This is sent to your own personal online gallery. You can then send the link to anyone you wish.

The final completion is usually 6-8 weeks. Sometimes it is a lot sooner. It all depends on when your wedding is. If it is bang in the middle of crazy wedding season then expect up to 8 weeks.

I love a good dance floor. I will be with you until the party ends! Wedding photography does not end at the first dance in my opinion. In fact, this is where the day starts for you both.

You can now let your hair down, take your heels off and party with your loved ones. I want to be there, as your witness and show you what you might not remember!

I like to approach weddings in an unobtrusive way. So, I keep it low key with my little Fujifilm cameras. They are small, quiet and very light. They really help with my candid approach as you won’t see me pointing a big lens in your face (think paparazzi…yuk)

I always carry backup just in case something goes wrong. It would be a bit embarrassing if I asked your friend for their iPhone eh!!!

Yes. I love my fine print albums. But, I never wanted to come into weddings as a salesman. So, I don’t force them on you. But they are available if you was interested and I can offer discounts with your wedding package.

Oh yes. This is so important and to be honest all venues will request my certificates before you even book me.

To secure your date, I require a non refundable deposit of 25% of the total value of your package. After this is paid, I will turn away any enquiries for your date. Bespoke packages bring the deposit down depending on the hours you book.

£2500. That is for the unlimited hours where I stay until the party ends (which is usually 1am if you love to party and have paced yourselves on them sambucas….take note)

I also offer bespoke packages which start at £380. This can be anything from 2.5 hours coverage if that’s all you need.
