Intimate London Wedding Photographer
Small weddings. I bloody love them.
Beth + Tobs had just eight people with them at The Old Marylebone Town Hall for the official part of their wedding. Simple, relaxed and exactly how they wanted it.
The best bit? This wasn’t actually the main event.
A little while later I’d be jumping on a plane with them to document their wedding in Zante. London was basically chapter one before things got considerably hotter and probably involved a lot more alcohol.
Eight People, London and Some Bloody Lovely Light
After they were officially married, we headed out into London and were treated to some gorgeous light.
Being an intimate London wedding photographer suits the way I work perfectly. My approach is documentary and unposed, looking for candid moments rather than constantly telling people what to do.
Even when we headed off for a few photos together, there was no big photoshoot. We walked, chatted and made the most of London while I photographed what happened naturally.
It’s that photojournalist approach I love — the wedding carries on and I’m there documenting it.
Married. Now Where’s the Guinness?
Naturally, there was only one sensible place to finish.
The pub.
A pint of Guinness with eight of your favourite people after getting married in London sounds pretty bloody perfect to me.
And that’s exactly why I love being an intimate London wedding photographer.
Next stop for Beth + Tobs?
Zante. 🇬🇷
