It is very rare that I do many couple shoots these days but when I do they are always brilliant. Rachel & Ben found me through the powers of Google and wanted some relaxed photos for their invitations. The invitations were actually for their destination wedding in Spain (more on that soon) so they wanted some nice photos to create the main part of the invitation . They currently live in Hammersmith London so this was the perfect location for the couple shoot.
When I get jobs like this, I always ask the couples to plan the day around the light. So, because the UK is so temperamental with weather it can make shoots like this hard to plan. But, just trust my judgment and let me keep checking the weather like a mad man 2-3 days before. Luckily, we had beautiful light which you will see in the photos.
It must have went well as the couple have now booked me for their destination wedding in Spain. I have just recently came back from shooting a wedding in Boston USA and the Americans are bloody brilliant to party with. So, I am absolutely buzzing to party with more Americans like Rachel and her family. Special mention for Ben who is a huge gamer like myself and loves Final Fantasy and The Last Of Us. Any gamer will always have a place in my heart.
