I’m Gary/Gaz/Gal/The GJ (my wife hates that)
The best way to get to know me, is to understand my key values in life.
Finding common ground and interests with my clients means both of us are relaxed in each others company on the wedding day. I always say at consultation stage, that us getting along is just as important as you choosing me as your photographer based on my portfolio alone.
For us to spend the whole day together, we’re gonna need some ice breakers and topics of conversation for sure, so I’ll kick it off with a few of the loves of my life…

HOME & FAMILY
I was born and raised in Essex. In 2022, I made the jump with my family and moved to Bude Cornwall. Will I be considered Cornish in 40 years time?
I met my now wife, Natalie, at the infamous ‘Bas Vegas’ on a drunken night in Jumpin’ Jaks. Long story short, I gave her the eye across the dance floor, she loved it and a few date nights, music festivals and a Venice gondola engagement later and as they say, the rest is history.
We now share our life with our two children, our daughter Aurelia (named after the young lady in Love Actually) and our son, Cash (after the legend Johnny Cash himself). They are my life and everything I do is for them. I even branded myself with tattoos in their honour!

WEST HAM
I was cursed with supporting my beloved ‘ammers from the day I was born. Being born into a family from the East end of London, there was no choice for me. I now showcase my happiness (and sadness) of West Ham on my right arm.

PET LOVER
I have two dogs and two cats. Going for long walks with our Golden Retriever Bobby and German Shepherd Moxley is our favourite hobby. Nothing beats being outdoors with your best and most loyal friends. They mean everything to me. I have also branded myself with tattoos in honour of them.

MUSIC
I love indie, rock n roll, 80’s music and film scores. Hans Zimmer is played a lot in our home and without his music my editing days would not be the same. The Gladiator & Interstellar soundtracks make me cry. The Beatles rock! Yep, you guessed it. I have tattoos from Gladiator to Interstellar with some Beatles chucked in too!

WRESTLING
I have loved Wrestling since I was a kid and still do to this day. I have no shame in this! We’ll call it a guilty pleasure! No wrestling tattoos as of yet but I’m sure that will change. WOOOOooooo!

CINEMA & GAMING
I watch films… A LOT! From Godfather to LA LA Land… I love ‘em all! I am also a huge Disney fan. I quite often sing the Moana songs whilst out running. I love Disney that much I even have a Mickey Mouse tattoo.
Huge gamer from the days of Atari and Sega. Sonic will always be my first true love. Think I’m lying? I also have a tattoo of that little legend. Sonic for PM, make it happen Britain.
