Richmond Park photography

Another crazy way to meet a couple that will stick in my memory for a long time. I had met Emma & Rob via the power of the internet when we had our initial consultation via skype. The guys booked me but we didn’t meet until their pre photography shoot at Richmond park (the day before the wedding). It was an amazing experience as of course both of them were just so excited for the wedding.

Emma was just a lovely person to be around considering she was 6 months pregnant. It’s just a photographers dream to be around people like this.

With the wedding less than 24 hours away, we all had so much to talk about. This led to so many natural moments between Emma and Rob which also benefited my preparation for the next day. Joking about wedding politics and if Rob would cry when seeing Emma for the first time was all great fun.

I really do love a pre shoot and it helps so much for all couples and myself. First of all, we get to meet face to face instead of leaving this until the wedding day. Secondly, it helps couples feel comfortable around me while getting to know me. Thirdly, the couples take home some photos which of course, is a bonus. I always recommend to my couples that they should try and book a pre shoot in with me before the wedding. It really does benefit everyone involved.
