Sousse Wedding Photographer
The first destination wedding of 2025 in the extremely hot Sousse, Tunisia. To be honest, weather abroad is always more comfortable than back home. In particular, when shooting summer weddings in London. Especially travelling on the underground (must start taking a change of shirts) which can get very hot and messy. Alicia & Zane gave me the pleasure of being their wedding photographer in Sousse Tunisia 18/05/25 and it was incredible. Especially the fact I got to try the Tunisian food which is spectacular.
I met so many lovely people and because of this it made my job really easy. I always mention that I rely on people being people so the fact there was a language barrier this was more important than ever. For example, if I had to rely on communication this could have been an issue. However, my style is no posing with the sole purpose of just people watching and documenting moments between people. So all that matters to me is that I see people hugging, kissing, dancing and even crying. I do not need to understand what they are saying because their actions speak a language in itself (that sounds really cheesy but I am going to leave it in).
After the wedding, I spent 3 more days in Tunisia to recharge at an all inclusive hotel. Although I had another wedding back in the UK 2 days before returning home, this was well and truly needed. It gave me some time to get them creative juices back before the real busy part of the season started and of course, drink lots of beer.
