Talland Bay Wedding Photographer
What a bloody wedding this was. Cait + Matt tying the knot down in Talland Bay Looe at the Old Vicarage. So, this place is not actually a wedding venue which I feel makes it even more special. It is a place, that Cait and her family visit often and I can see why. Overlooking the coast of Cornwall this home was perfect for a wedding. A non traditional wedding which fits perfect with my documentary approach. So, I will be forever grateful that Cait + Matt picked me to be their wedding photographer in Talland Bay.
Now, not all weddings can go to plan. As Brits, we understand that we live in a country where the weather is unpredictable. This day was everything you would expect from the Cornish weather. Rain all morning, then blue skies quickly followed by rain within 5 minutes. This continued during the ceremony where myself and Caits brother got soaked from a sudden downpour during the vows. To me, this is all part of a brilliant story and showcases everything what to expect in Britain.
All of the above did not put any negativity whatsoever on the day and after patiently waiting we got some amazing weather for couple time photos. The evening was brilliant with a Ska band playing the very best Ska music which was a real treat. You can’t beat a live band at weddings so I would always recommend going down this route if you can.
