What a bloody good year 2022 has been already for me. Saying that, not just for me but for every single wedding supplier. Even though 2021 did return it still was not 100% normal was it? I have seen such a big difference in people this year which is probably just down to making up for loss time. Loss time with loved ones and doing the normal things in life. Dancing, drinking, cuddling. How much did we all miss this in 2020 and I think it made us all realise we take the simple things for granted. Lucy + Jamie’s wedding at the Reid Rooms showed me all of these simple things as a wedding photographer.
This was just a superb wedding to witness and be a part of. Plenty of tears, hugs and Kate Bush dancing. Crazy to think as I write this she is NO1 again all thanks to Stranger Things. How good was season 4 by the way? The character development in that program is easily one of the best in television history. Back to Lucy + Jamie. I loved every second with them and their family. Do I really need to say more? I think not so please see the photos below and hopefully you will see what I mean.
